This Digital Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of digital applications, software, platforms, and any associated content, functionality, or services (collectively, the “Digital Services”), whether accessed through mobile apps, onboard devices, websites, or other technologies provided by us.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Digital Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you:
• Access and use our Digital Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use while booking or experiencing a ship.
You may not sublicense, resell, or use the Digital Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Circumvent security features or interfere with performance
• Use it in any unlawful, harmful, or offensive manner
• Use automated tools or bots to access or manipulate the Digital Services
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Digital Services and all associated intellectual property (including software, content, branding, and data structures) are owned by us. No rights are granted except those explicitly stated in this Agreement.
4. Updates and Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue any portion of the Digital Services at any time, including adding or removing features. These updates may occur automatically without notice, and continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Digital Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may collect usage data and diagnostics to improve performance and guest experience.
6. Connectivity and Availability
The Digital Services may require internet access or onboard connectivity. Performance may vary depending on your device and shipboard systems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Digital Services may include integrations with or links to third-party services (e.g., maps, social media, payment providers). Celebrity Cruise Line is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party service you interact with via our software.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Digital Services at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or misuse.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Digital Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Device malfunctions or compatibility issues
• Inability to access or use the Digital Services
